FAM

Delete Your Account

If you choose to delete your FAM account, we want you to understand exactly what information will be removed and what will be retained.

What We Delete

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all personally identifiable information (PII) associated with your account, including:

  • Your name, contact information, date of birth, profile photo, and preferences
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • User ID and account identifiers
  • Care recipient profiles you own, where no other circle member still needs them
  • Health records, notes, recordings, summaries, appointments, activities, and milestones
  • Uploaded files, including NDIS plans and photos
  • Conversation data (chat messages and responses)

What We Keep

To improve our service and maintain system integrity, we retain:

  • Records we must keep by law (for example billing or a support ticket already opened)
  • Anonymised conversation data, retained for 30 days

Important: Retained conversation data is completely anonymised — we remove all user identifiers, making it impossible to link it back to you or your deleted account. After 30 days it is permanently removed.

How to Request Account Deletion

Account deletion is handled inside the FAM app. Here is how to start the process:

  1. Open the FAM app and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings from the bottom navigation menu (or open your profile sheet).
  3. Tap Security.

This process aligns with our commitment to data privacy and gives you complete control over your personal information while using our services.
